At LIVN CO. we cover all essential costs to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. Our shipping fees include the cost of processing, handling, packing, and delivery.  

Some products, particularly oversized or heavy items, may incur additional surcharges. These surcharges are not covered by our free shipping promotions.  

Gift wrap options are available at an extra charge. Please review all item details to ensure you're aware of any potential additional fees. 

Shipping Area 

Currently, LIVN CO. only ships to locations within the United States. We understand that our customers beyond these borders would love to enjoy our products, and we’re actively working to expand our shipping services.

Shipping Time 

Once you place an order, we aim for swift processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. We partner with UPS Ground, which delivers within 5-7 business days from the shipping date.  

Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location within the U.S. or potential carrier delays. There may also be inclement weather conditions in your area that may cause delayed delivery times. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its journey.
